Opulent Bathroom Suite in Virginia Water

This client from Virginia Water met their designer in Richmond with a clear vision in mind for their master bathroom.

During the design process, the client was keen to explore popular bathroom trends as well as figuring out the best use of space.

Some of the key features in this design are the freestanding StoneKast bath on a raised platform, the large illuminated mirrors behind the bath, the raised corner shower enclosure with a brushed brass Crosswater Optix 10 sliding door, brushed brass fixtures from the JTP Vos range throughout the rest of the bathroom, and the illuminated Faeber mirrored cabinet above the Faeber double basin unit.

The room is fully tiled with a large format marble-effect Italian porcelain tile from our European Tiles selection and a dark blue feature tile in a herringbone pattern on one of the shower walls.

This tile combination works really well with the brushed brass fixtures in this room, and the client has done a fabulous job at accessorising the room to complete the look.

The bathroom was completed in October 2021.

Interesting fact: this bathroom is hidden behind a wardrobe door, which adds some mystery and makes the design extra unique!.
