Launch Date: The promotion is valid for qualifying orders placed from Monday 1st December through to Wednesday 31st December, inclusive (the "Promotional Period").

Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the gift offer.

Qualification for a gift is based on the total bathroom order value including tiles, before VAT and any delivery charges.

1. Tier 1 Qualification: Orders with a minimum total value of £5,000 qualify for a £250 gift credit.
2. Tier 2 Qualification: Orders with a total value of £10,000+ qualify for a £500 gift credit.

The credit must be redeemed against one of the gifts in Section 3.

This promotion cannot be used with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

1. A new gift will be revealed each day starting 1st December, totalling 12 options.
2. The customer may select one gift valued up to their credit (£250 or £500).
3. To claim, the customer must speak to their designer before Dec 31^st.
4. No cash alternatives.
5. Unused credit value is forfeited.

If an order is cancelled or reduced below the qualifying value after claiming a gift, the customer must repay the full retail value of the gift.

The company may amend or withdraw this promotion without notice.

The company’s decision is final on all promotional matters.
