When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

BathroomsByDesign will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

BathroomsByDesign will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

 

SECTION 6 - MAGENTO

Our store is hosted on Magento. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Magento data storage, databases and the general Magento application. We store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WorldPay stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. SECTION 7 - Plan2Design VR Bathrooms

 In addition to other personal information that is collected Plan2Design VR Bathrooms also allows

  • Photos where you might upload an image to the app

But these are both optional.

Also please note that like with the website all data is encrypted in transit and you can also request your data be deleted.
