Richmond Chamber of Commerce's (RCC) Richmond Business Awards (RBA) are founded on strengthening the economy, celebrating what is great about businesses in the borough and networking the business and wider community. BathroomsbyDesign were the proud winners of the Best Business for Innovation 2020 award.
BathroomsbyDesign has set-out to transform the way customers buy bathrooms. Through applying innovative technology, we have aimed to speed-up the process, provide accurate and robust delivery and ensure our customers have seamless and responsive after sales care.
Our initial aim was to improve the customer experience within the showroom, but the ability of our software to provide a real-time design process and enable the customer to gain access to the virtual reality experience, wherever they are, has left us uniquely adapted to service online customers with the same revolutionary service.
With the customer able to achieve multiple designs within a single showroom visit or single online design consultation and then share these with their partner or installation team instantly, our customers are often able to make a fully informed purchase there and then. To take an industry standard of a 2-3 day buying journey down to 1-2 hours is revolutionary!

An annual event celebrating its 29th year, the KBBreview Retail & Design Awards are the biggest in the kitchen and bathroom industry, acknowledging the very best retailers, showrooms, designers and products in the UK and Ireland.
BathroomsbyDesign are proud to have been selected as the winner of the 2019 award for Bathroom Showroom of the Year. Our state-of-the-art Brentford showroom, built from shipping containers, along with our technology driven design solutions, allows customers to step into the bathroom of their dreams in the same time as it takes them to drink a cup of our freshly brewed coffee.
