Using our dedicated team of drivers and vans or via our trusted couriers, we always aim to dispatch and delivery your order as quickly and safely as possible. Our delivery options are price tiered, meaning the largest product within your order is charged, regardless of quantities. You will only be charged a single amount if purchased within the same order and the cost will always be calculated prior to confirming your order.
Pricing
Small items - £9.99*
(i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc)
All other larger items - £49.99
(i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc)
* Price of Delivery confirmed at checkout stage based on the Delivery Postcode entered.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail stating that we are processing your order and will send you delivery tracking details in due course.
Delivery drivers are not insured to take items inside any property, so it is always recommended that you have suitable personnel on hand to receive and move the goods safely and securely.
All orders must be signed for. All failed deliveries will be liable to a re-delivery charge.
Please note that delivery dates prior to finalised tracking details are estimated dates only, and is subject to change.
Check your delivery
Upon delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number stated on the delivery note.
We also ask that you check all items have been received in good condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your delivery, then please contact our customer service team immediately.

Click and collect
With our popular free Click & Collect service you can order online, then collect from our warehouse in Brentford at no cost.
This means that you do not have to wait in for delivery, nor drive around town searching for the products. We always aim to have 90% of the products available on the website stocked at our warehouse so you can collect them sooner.
Delivery address for collections is: BathroomsByDesign, Unit 1, Amalgamated Drive, Brentford, TW8 9EZ - we are open from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Please ensure that you call ahead on 0208 619 0131 to confirm that all items are ready for collection.
Unfortunately, we do not accept collections from our showrooms.
