What our customers say

Every step of the way from initial concept and design, to delivery and post delivery assistance they have consistently gone above and beyond. Chris at the Richmond Showroom has been fantastic throughout.

Sam Dally

He knew what we were looking for, even when we couldn't explain it well ourselves. The price for the items was very reasonable and cheaper than we had found elsewhere.

Zoe Wren

Nina has been a delight to work with and was very patient with the several design changes we did. We are very happy with the results and will be coming back.

Logan Lapidus

A complex 2 bathroom job, the guys got everything right. Great price and great products they guided me to. And when my plumber had questions, BBD answered everything first time. Thanks, Excellent.

Matt Bird

Brilliant experience (again!) with Chris from BBD Richmond. He has now helped us design and renovate 2 bathrooms and we have been very happy with the results! Highly recommend Chris and BBD.

Matthew McParland

Throughout every stage of the design process, their team demonstrated patience, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering exactly what we envisioned. They worked tirelessly to ensure their prices remained competitive.
