As part of a larger family home renovation, the client’s goal for this space was to create a contemporary sanctuary that felt both vibrant and luxurious. The primary focus was on maximising the utility of the loft area, specifically requesting a "his and hers" setup that would provide ample personal space without compromising the room's sleek, modern aesthetic.

The process

The architectural challenge centred on the sloping ceiling, which required precise spatial planning to ensure the room felt spacious rather than enclosed. By focusing on what the clients enjoyed about their previous bathroom, we were able to amplify the sense of luxury while solving functional pain points. Through various layout iterations and 3D modelling, we pinpointed the ideal placement for a large-scale vanity unit, ensuring it sat perfectly within the room's unique loft proportions.

Optimised Storage: Provided extensive countertop and drawer space through the wide-profile vanity, ensuring all daily essentials are housed discreetly to maintain the room's Zen-like atmosphere.
