What our customers say

The (free) design consultation using their 3D software was brilliant and really helped me make up my mind. The range of products on offer was great and the quotation process very clear.

Andrew Green

He knew what we were looking for, even when we couldn't explain it well ourselves. The price for the items was very reasonable and cheaper than we had found elsewhere.

Zoe Wren

He managed to fit a decent sized shower into the space as well as bath etc and the room still feels spacious. Good recommendations made of decent products which came out...

Alex Arnold

Brilliant experience (again!) with Chris from BBD Richmond. He has now helped us design and renovate 2 bathrooms and we have been very happy with the results! Highly recommend Chris and BBD.

Matthew McParland

Nina has been a delight to work with and was very patient with the several design changes we did. We are very happy with the results and will be coming back.

Logan Lapidus

I cannot recommend this place enough, and their showroom manager, Nina, was incredibly helpful. She had great attention to detail and made some amazing, well thought through suggestions using our architect plans.
