What our customers say

I cannot recommend this place enough, and their showroom manager, Nina, was incredibly helpful. She had great attention to detail and made some amazing, well thought through suggestions using our architect plans.

Yeliena Kravchuk

Great range of products which suited our budget. VR service was a really great way to visualise our designs. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team and the aftercare service has been great.

Xu Ks

Richie Staples

Every step of the way from initial concept and design, to delivery and post delivery assistance they have consistently gone above and beyond. Chris at the Richmond Showroom has been fantastic throughout.

Sam Dally

Brilliant experience (again!) with Chris from BBD Richmond. He has now helped us design and renovate 2 bathrooms and we have been very happy with the results! Highly recommend Chris and BBD.

Matthew McParland

The design process was great and Jacob was a massive help in designing a bathroom that was tailored to us, while also not overwhelming us with choice. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend...
