Every step of the way from initial concept and design, to delivery and post delivery assistance they have consistently gone above and beyond. Chris at the Richmond Showroom has been fantastic throughout.

I cannot recommend this place enough, and their showroom manager, Nina, was incredibly helpful. She had great attention to detail and made some amazing, well thought through suggestions using our architect plans.

Yeliena Kravchuk

The (free) design consultation using their 3D software was brilliant and really helped me make up my mind. The range of products on offer was great and the quotation process very clear.

Andrew Green

Outstanding products, quality design and sales support service. Bathrooms by design are setting the new standard in bathroom design, build and service. Killing the competition.
