We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. However, we know that from time to time items do need to be returned and so we have made it as easy as possible for you. All you have to do is contact us within 14 days following the instructions below and we'll exchange, replace or refund your item(s).
At point of delivery please check that the number of items delivered matches the number stated on the delivery note. We also ask that you check all items have been received in good condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your delivery, then please contact us within 7 days and will try and put things right as fast as we can.
Items partially or fully assembled unfortunately cannot be returned.
As per Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or over the phone with us, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one within 7 working days of receipt.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which includes being in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. BathroomsByDesign reserves the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not deemed to be resalable.
If you items arrive damaged or faulty please contact our Aftersales team on 0208 619 0131 or firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out. Where possible we will collect and redeliver at the same time to minimise inconvenience. Our Aftersales team are contactable from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Once the item has been received back and checked, we usually process a refund via the original payment method (apart from cash and cheques) within 7 working days.
If possible, we will send out one of our expert repair consultants who will try to complete a home visit (London area's only) within 14 days of being notified of an issue. They will evaluate the fault and provide us with an assessment of repairing or replacing.
We guarantee items for 1 year after the delivery date, after this date the manufacturer may supply an additional guarantee. If you have any queries then please contact us for further information. Please note that if an item is installed incorrectly it will void all guarantees. The same applies to if you modify the item unless the manufacturer instructs to do so. If the manufacturer gives permission within the 1st year they take over the guarantee period from ourselves.
