What our customers say

He knew what we were looking for, even when we couldn't explain it well ourselves. The price for the items was very reasonable and cheaper than we had found elsewhere.

Zoe Wren

Brilliant experience (again!) with Chris from BBD Richmond. He has now helped us design and renovate 2 bathrooms and we have been very happy with the results! Highly recommend Chris and BBD.

Matthew McParland

Hish is a talented and highly creative designer with a foot firmly in the practical needs of a bathroom. Pair this with his enthusiasm and professionalism and it’s a winning formula.

Nicola

I cannot recommend this place enough, and their showroom manager, Nina, was incredibly helpful. She had great attention to detail and made some amazing, well thought through suggestions using our architect plans.

Yeliena Kravchuk

The software he used was amazing and he was able to draw up and show a 3D view of our bathroom, working on lots of ideas, plus his experience and expertise.

Edward Durkin

Great range of products which suited our budget. VR service was a really great way to visualise our designs. Friendly and knowledgeable sales team and the aftercare service has been great.
