I need help with the design of my new bathroom suite, can you assist me?

Our pioneering virtual reality design service aims to make your project as stress-free as possible by allowing you to create, visualise and immerse yourself in your dream bathroom. Using the latest in design technology, we work with you to make the most of your bathroom layout, ensuring that you get a design that looks great and is functional too. I have chosen the products I would like, what do I do next?

To process your order we'll need to take full payment of your goods at the time of ordering. We accept payment using a debit or credit card, alternatively we also accept payment via PayPal. Once we have confirmed payment we will organise delivery, so that your bathroom suite, shower enclosure or taps arrive promptly. You can make the payment either through your account on the portal, call us, visit one of our showrooms or purchase the products online through BathroomsBydesign.com.

Do you offer a bespoke home visit service?

Yes, we have lots of ways in which we can help. We offer a site survey in which one our trusted installation partners can arrange to visit your home at a time that suits you. They then take their measurements away and one of our Design & Sales Consultants will contact you to book an appointment with yourself either in one of our showrooms or with an online screen-share.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £499 for products purchased on our Website. All other deliveries are assessed based on size, weight and delivery location. For small Items (i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc) - £9.99, Medium - Larger Items (i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc) - £29.99 Delivery charges will show at point of purchase. Please note that there are premium delivery charges to non-mainland UK and North Scotland.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do deliver nationwide; however (please note) certain areas are excluded or subject to an additional surcharge.

Will the delivery driver need any help to offload my order?

Your purchase will be delivered directly to the ground floor access door or nearest access point of your delivery address. Please note that our delivery team is not able to assist with moving deliveries beyond this point. If we believe your products will require specific equipment or additional personnel to move them on to your work site, due to the weight of individual products, we will make best endeavors to advise this at the point of purchase.

Creating a luxurious en-suite for two in a limited footprint requires careful planning. We achieved a timeless, grand aesthetic by wrapping the walls and floor in striking large-format white marble tiles with intense grey veining. The classic white double vanity with gold hardware provides essential individual storage, perfectly mirrored by dual illuminated arched mirrors above. A sleek glass shower enclosure with gold framing completes the look, proving that you don't need a massive room to achieve ultimate symmetry and elegance.

Brightening the Bedroom Retreat

En-suites attached to master bedrooms often lack natural light, making them feel small and confined. To fix this, we kept the main shower area bright with large-format, light grey stone-effect tiles. We then added a massive punch of character behind the floating wood vanity using glossy, vertically stacked green tiles that draw the eye upward. The completely clear, frameless shower screen ensures the room feels like one continuous, open space rather than a chopped-up box.

Streamlining the Morning Rush

Sharing a small en-suite during the morning rush used to be a nightmare. We decided to completely open up the floor plan by removing bulky shower trays and installing a massive, single-pane glass screen for a walk-in wet room. The dark, oversized matte grey tiles in the shower area create a moody, sophisticated zone, while the extra-wide white double vanity gives us both plenty of space. A long, beautifully illuminated display shelf beneath the window offers practical storage without encroaching on the room's footprint.

Cheating the Ceiling Height

When you have a narrow en-suite, you have to use visual tricks to make it feel larger. We used playful, alternating sage green and white vertical tiles in the shower enclosure and behind the sink to instantly draw the eye up and make the ceiling feel higher. By choosing a rich, dark walnut-toned floating vanity and a mirrored upper cabinet, we maximised our hidden storage. The brushed brass fixtures and shower frame tie the whole look together, adding a touch of vintage elegance to a highly functional space.

The Boutique Hotel Experience at Home

This customer wanted their en-suite to feel like a high-end boutique hotel rather than a basic builder-grade add-on. We went all out with dramatic white marble tiles featuring striking, deep veining across the walls and floor. To contrast the marble, we installed a rich, deep burgundy floating vanity and accented the entire room with brushed brass fixtures, including the shower frame. The illuminated arched mirror add a soft, elegant touch that makes getting ready in the morning feel truly luxurious.
