At BathroomsByDesign, we promise to match or beat the price you'd pay at any of our competitors on a like-for-like basis.This means that if you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, just let us know and we guarantee to match it, if not better it.

The Criteria

• The product in question must be identical with the same specifications including style, quality, materials and structure. We reserve the right to refuse to beat the price of items not deemed to be equivalent at our sole discretion
• You will need a written quotation for the relevant product from the competing retailer which must be presented prior to purchase
• The product must be in stock at the alternative supplier
• The product must be freely available for collection or delivery
• The price guaranteed excludes tiles and delivery charges

How To Claim

If you have found a better price from one of our competitors and it matches the above criteria, give us a call on 0208 619 0131 or e-mail: [email protected]. Please provide us with the following information:

• The product name, and the BathroomsByDesign SKU code
• A copy or the original version of the written quotation
• The address or store offering the lower price (please do not send us price comparison websites

If we are happy with all of the above, then we will take the difference off of your quote!
