Client brief

The client wanted to transform their top-floor space into an expansive, spa-like wellness sanctuary. The design needed to accommodate a home sauna, a freestanding soaking bath, and a double vanity, while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted architectural aesthetic throughout. Primary priorities included rich brushed bronze hardware, hidden underfloor warmth, and soft ambient lighting to highlight the smooth wall surfaces.

The process

We provided the complete spatial design and tailored product package for the space, working around items sourced independently by the client. We developed a technical specification for the open-plan wet-room layout, ensuring high-performance drainage and heating without cluttering the room's minimalist sightlines. To work around the angled ceiling lines, we specified a bespoke London Showers glass enclosure fitted directly into slim bronze wall channels. We layer-matched every water outlet and heating element in consistent brushed bronze, from the ceiling-mounted shower head to the floor-standing bath mixer, and incorporated indirect LED strip lighting and demister pads for an effortless finish.

Project Scope & Pricing Note: Our supply package and design cost cover all brassware, shower glass, wet-room drainage, heating, and technical lighting. Budget figures exclude the client’s independently sourced bath, vanity unit, sauna, and tiles.

What we did

Full Room Design: Created the complete spatial layout and technical specification, seamlessly integrating the wet room and brassware around the client's bath, vanity, and sauna.

Bespoke Wet-Room Glass & Drainage: Supplied a custom-cut London Showers glass panel set into an Abacus 10mm bronze channel, paired with an Element linear level tray and tileable drain kit.

Concealed Brushed Bronze Shower: Supplied a Just Taps Kono thermostatic shower valve powering a ceiling-mounted 250mm Vos round shower head and an integrated hand shower kit.

Wall & Floor Brassware: Provided Just Taps Kono wall-mounted basin mixers and a floor-standing bath shower mixer in brushed bronze.

Integrated Heating & Demisters: Supplied Thermosphere underfloor heating, mirror demister pads, and a Just Taps Evo 1200 x 500mm brushed bronze radiator with a matching Crosswater heating element.

Architectural LED Accent Lighting: Supplied Aurora IP67 warm white LED line strip lighting for integration within wall niches and ambient lighting zones.
