I need help with the design of my new bathroom suite, can you assist me?

Our pioneering virtual reality design service aims to make your project as stress-free as possible by allowing you to create, visualise and immerse yourself in your dream bathroom. Using the latest in design technology, we work with you to make the most of your bathroom layout, ensuring that you get a design that looks great and is functional too. I have chosen the products I would like, what do I do next?

To process your order we'll need to take full payment of your goods at the time of ordering. We accept payment using a debit or credit card, alternatively we also accept payment via PayPal. Once we have confirmed payment we will organise delivery, so that your bathroom suite, shower enclosure or taps arrive promptly. You can make the payment either through your account on the portal, call us, visit one of our showrooms or purchase the products online through BathroomsBydesign.com.

Do you offer a bespoke home visit service?

Yes, we have lots of ways in which we can help. We offer a site survey in which one our trusted installation partners can arrange to visit your home at a time that suits you. They then take their measurements away and one of our Design & Sales Consultants will contact you to book an appointment with yourself either in one of our showrooms or with an online screen-share.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £499 for products purchased on our Website. All other deliveries are assessed based on size, weight and delivery location. For small Items (i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc) - £9.99, Medium - Larger Items (i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc) - £29.99 Delivery charges will show at point of purchase. Please note that there are premium delivery charges to non-mainland UK and North Scotland.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do deliver nationwide; however (please note) certain areas are excluded or subject to an additional surcharge.

Will the delivery driver need any help to offload my order?

Your purchase will be delivered directly to the ground floor access door or nearest access point of your delivery address. Please note that our delivery team is not able to assist with moving deliveries beyond this point. If we believe your products will require specific equipment or additional personnel to move them on to your work site, due to the weight of individual products, we will make best endeavors to advise this at the point of purchase.

Client brief

The homeowners sought to create an inviting, spa-like family bathroom centred around organic textures and relaxing warmth. They wanted a multi-functional space that could effortlessly handle busy morning routines while providing a serene bath and shower experience in the evening. Key priorities included integrating generous concealed storage, maximising visible floor space with floating fixtures, and layering soft ambient lighting to create a soothing retreat.

The process

We mapped out a tactile material scheme that visually zoned the room. We wrapped the shower-over-bath area in warm, wood-effect Rever Nut porcelain planks, complementing the surrounding walls and floor clad in large-format Histoire Artois Beige tiles. To keep clutter completely concealed, we integrated an expansive 1500mm three-door illuminated mirror cabinet recessed flush into the wall architecture directly above a curved floating vanity. Curating every element, from the subtle under-vanity mood lighting to the folding glass bath screen.

What we did

Organic Material Zoning: Specified European Tiles Histoire Artois Beige large-format tiles paired with wood-effect Rever Nut planks in the shower zone to create a warm, spa-inspired aesthetic.

Floating Vanity & Basin Statement: Supplied a 1000mm Faeber Lunar curved fluted vanity with a seamless matte white basin, introducing soft organic curves and substantial drawer storage.

Architectural Lighting & Storage: Integrated a recessed, three-door Faeber Edge LED mirror cabinet alongside custom back-lit display niches and under-vanity mood lighting for layered evening ambience.

Versatile Bath & Shower Solution: Configured a high-performance shower-over-bath setup featuring a low-line Betteocean bath and a space-saving Crosswater Asura fully folding brushed brass screen.

Cohesive Brushed Brass Hardware: Curated a full suite of Ava Trend brushed brassware, including the wall-mounted basin mixer, 3-handle thermostatic valve, deluge shower head, and matching AVA Trend towel rail, delivering an obtainable sense of high-end luxury.
