Client brief

The client wanted to transform their space into a calm, uplifting shower room defined by gentle pastel tones and delicate metallic accents. They envisioned a bright, modern sanctuary featuring a walk-in shower, floating vanity storage, and wall-hung fixtures to preserve an open, uncluttered floor plan. Key priorities included rich brushed brass hardware to warm the soft colour palette, integrated niche storage, and layered lighting for a relaxing ambience.

The process

We developed a space-maximising layout centred around an inviting wet-room shower zone and a floating vanity station. The tile configuration sets the tone for the space, using a graphic vertical pinstripe arrangement in the shower area to visually heighten the ceiling, balanced by half-height tiling across the main room. To complete the scheme, we curated the full sanitaryware, brassware, heating, and technical lighting package. We incorporated a recessed Faeber illuminated mirror cabinet above the washbasin, engineered a bespoke London Showers glass panel setup atop the half-height tiled wall, and unified every metallic accent in brushed brass.

What we did

Tile Scheme & Layout: Specified the graphic vertical pinstripe tile configuration within the wet-room shower and the half-height wall tiling layout throughout the main space.

Custom Walk-In Shower Package: Supplied an Abacus bespoke wet-room tray and London Showers 10mm EasyClean glass panel, powered by an Ava Purity 2-way thermostatic valve with a ceiling-mounted 300mm shower head and integrated hand shower kit in brushed brass.

Floating Vanity & Recessed Storage: Supplied a Faeber Mode Mini 800mm wall-hung unit in Warm Ash paired with a Silkstone Arc basin and a recessed Faeber Edge 750 LED illuminated mirror cabinet.

Back-To-Wall Toilet Installation: Provided a rimless Faeber Zero toilet pan paired with an Oli concealed cistern and a Blink dual-flush plate in brushed brass.

Underfloor Heating & Towel Warming: Supplied Thermosphere self-adhesive mesh underfloor heating with a WiFi controller, paired with an Ava Frame 1000x500mm brushed brass stainless steel towel rail.

Integrated Mood Lighting: Provided Aurora IP67 warm white LED line strip lighting for feature niches and low-level Aurora IP68 round marker lights.

Matching Accessory Collection: Completed the space with Ava round robe hooks and matching toilet roll holders in brushed brass.
