I need help with the design of my new bathroom suite, can you assist me?

Our pioneering virtual reality design service aims to make your project as stress-free as possible by allowing you to create, visualise and immerse yourself in your dream bathroom. Using the latest in design technology, we work with you to make the most of your bathroom layout, ensuring that you get a design that looks great and is functional too. I have chosen the products I would like, what do I do next?

To process your order we'll need to take full payment of your goods at the time of ordering. We accept payment using a debit or credit card, alternatively we also accept payment via PayPal. Once we have confirmed payment we will organise delivery, so that your bathroom suite, shower enclosure or taps arrive promptly. You can make the payment either through your account on the portal, call us, visit one of our showrooms or purchase the products online through BathroomsBydesign.com.

Do you offer a bespoke home visit service?

Yes, we have lots of ways in which we can help. We offer a site survey in which one our trusted installation partners can arrange to visit your home at a time that suits you. They then take their measurements away and one of our Design & Sales Consultants will contact you to book an appointment with yourself either in one of our showrooms or with an online screen-share.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £499 for products purchased on our Website. All other deliveries are assessed based on size, weight and delivery location. For small Items (i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc) - £9.99, Medium - Larger Items (i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc) - £29.99 Delivery charges will show at point of purchase. Please note that there are premium delivery charges to non-mainland UK and North Scotland.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do deliver nationwide; however (please note) certain areas are excluded or subject to an additional surcharge.

Will the delivery driver need any help to offload my order?

Your purchase will be delivered directly to the ground floor access door or nearest access point of your delivery address. Please note that our delivery team is not able to assist with moving deliveries beyond this point. If we believe your products will require specific equipment or additional personnel to move them on to your work site, due to the weight of individual products, we will make best endeavors to advise this at the point of purchase.

The homeowners wanted to transform their top-floor loft space into a bright, characterful shower room that made clever use of the eaves. They envisioned a warm, playful yet sophisticated aesthetic, stepping away from cold, sterile greys in favour of soft blush tones, classic period-inspired brassware, and tactile details. Maximising floor space and maintaining an airy feel within a sloped ceiling footprint were key priorities.

The process

We tailored the layout to work harmoniously with the loft's angles and sloped ceiling. We positioned a generous walk-in shower where head height was optimal, using a semi-frameless sliding door with warm brushed brass framing to keep the room feeling open and light. To free up valuable wall space under the eaves, we specified invisible underfloor heating rather than a traditional radiator.

What we did

Blush & Stone Curation: Paired soft blush painted walls with large-format stone-effect tiles in the shower area, creating a warm, light-reflecting backdrop tailored for a loft space.

Period Brassware Specification: Supplied a complete suite of Just Taps Grosvenor brushed brass fittings, including the cross-handle basin mixer, pneumatic flush plate, and Victorian 8" overhead shower.

Space-Saving Enclosure: Specified an Eastbrook Corniche semi-frameless sliding door in brushed brass alongside a London Showers Symmetry Slim tray to maximise enclosure space while keeping sightlines clear.

Tactile Heritage Touches: Enhanced the custom finishes with Nuie fluted brushed brass furniture knobs, a Burlington mahogany toilet seat with gold hinges, and an integrated shower niche trimmed in brass.

Invisible Climate Control: Integrated Thermosphere underfloor heating to ensure cozy warmth underfoot without cluttering the compact wall space.
