Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
Launch Date: The promotion is valid for qualifying orders placed from Sunday 1st March 2026 through to Tuesday 31st March 2026, inclusive (the “Promotional Period”).
Orders placed before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify for the discount offer.
2. Qualifying Orders
Qualification for a discount is based on the total bathroom order value including tiles, before VAT and any delivery charges.
- Tier 1 Qualification: Orders with a minimum total value of £5,000 qualify for a £250 discount.
- Tier 2 Qualification: Orders with a minimum total value of £10,000 qualify for a £500 discount.
- Tier 3 Qualification: Orders with a minimum total value of £15,000 qualify for a £750 discount.
- Tier 4 Qualification: Orders with a minimum total value of £20,000 qualify for a £1,000 discount.
This promotion cannot be used with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
- If an order is cancelled or reduced below the qualifying value after claiming a discount, the customer must repay the full retail value of the discount.
- The company may amend or withdraw this promotion without notice.
4. General
The company’s decision is final on all promotional matters. No responsibility is taken for technical issues affecting participation.

Bear in mind that if you decide to book a full 3D design consultation we can’t do that on the phone. Our design process is very visual and collaborative where we make the magic happen together
