I need help with the design of my new bathroom suite, can you assist me?

Our pioneering virtual reality design service aims to make your project as stress-free as possible by allowing you to create, visualise and immerse yourself in your dream bathroom. Using the latest in design technology, we work with you to make the most of your bathroom layout, ensuring that you get a design that looks great and is functional too. I have chosen the products I would like, what do I do next?

To process your order we'll need to take full payment of your goods at the time of ordering. We accept payment using a debit or credit card, alternatively we also accept payment via PayPal. Once we have confirmed payment we will organise delivery, so that your bathroom suite, shower enclosure or taps arrive promptly. You can make the payment either through your account on the portal, call us, visit one of our showrooms or purchase the products online through BathroomsBydesign.com.

Do you offer a bespoke home visit service?

Yes, we have lots of ways in which we can help. We offer a site survey in which one our trusted installation partners can arrange to visit your home at a time that suits you. They then take their measurements away and one of our Design & Sales Consultants will contact you to book an appointment with yourself either in one of our showrooms or with an online screen-share.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £499 for products purchased on our Website. All other deliveries are assessed based on size, weight and delivery location. For small Items (i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc) - £9.99, Medium - Larger Items (i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc) - £29.99 Delivery charges will show at point of purchase. Please note that there are premium delivery charges to non-mainland UK and North Scotland.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do deliver nationwide; however (please note) certain areas are excluded or subject to an additional surcharge.

Will the delivery driver need any help to offload my order?

Your purchase will be delivered directly to the ground floor access door or nearest access point of your delivery address. Please note that our delivery team is not able to assist with moving deliveries beyond this point. If we believe your products will require specific equipment or additional personnel to move them on to your work site, due to the weight of individual products, we will make best endeavors to advise this at the point of purchase.

Client brief

The vision for this master ensuite was to create an airy, marble-led sanctuary that utilised soft, artistic shapes to balance the clean lines of the stone. The client requested a double vanity arrangement with plenty of integrated storage and a high-performance showering area. Key priorities included a cohesive brushed brass theme for all hardware and the inclusion of underfloor heating to ensure a comfortable environment year-round.

The process

To emphasise the room's height and natural light, our designer selected large-format Statuario marble tiles, which minimise grout lines and create a seamless, stone-wrapped appearance. We introduced arched "pill" mirrors to add an organic, softer element to the linear marble walls. The design focused on "metallic threading," ensuring the brushed brass of the taps, mirrors, and towel rails provided a consistent, warm glow against the white and grey stone.

What we did

Statuario Marble Enclosure: Wrapped the shower and vanity zones in European Tiles Marmo Statuario Lux, creating a classic backdrop with dramatic grey veining.

Arched Vanity Feature: Installed two HiB Romana Pill Cabinets in brushed brass above the double vanity, providing hidden storage and soft architectural curves.

Three-Hole Basin Mixers: Supplied Just Taps Kono deck-mounted mixers, offering a sophisticated look for the double washing area.

Thermostatic Shower Suite: Sourced an Ava Trend 3-handle valve and a large 250mm rainfall shower head, all finished in brushed brass.

Frameless Shower Look: Paired a brushed brass framed door with a low-profile tray to keep the shower area feeling open and integrated into the room.

Warm Metallic Hardware: Completed the theme with an Ava Frame heated towel rail and matching angled valves to ensure a consistent finish throughout the ensuite.

Invisible Thermal Comfort: Provided a Thermosphere dual-control heating system, giving the client precise digital control over the floor temperature.
