I need help with the design of my new bathroom suite, can you assist me?

Our pioneering virtual reality design service aims to make your project as stress-free as possible by allowing you to create, visualise and immerse yourself in your dream bathroom. Using the latest in design technology, we work with you to make the most of your bathroom layout, ensuring that you get a design that looks great and is functional too. I have chosen the products I would like, what do I do next?

To process your order we'll need to take full payment of your goods at the time of ordering. We accept payment using a debit or credit card, alternatively we also accept payment via PayPal. Once we have confirmed payment we will organise delivery, so that your bathroom suite, shower enclosure or taps arrive promptly. You can make the payment either through your account on the portal, call us, visit one of our showrooms or purchase the products online through BathroomsBydesign.com.

Do you offer a bespoke home visit service?

Yes, we have lots of ways in which we can help. We offer a site survey in which one our trusted installation partners can arrange to visit your home at a time that suits you. They then take their measurements away and one of our Design & Sales Consultants will contact you to book an appointment with yourself either in one of our showrooms or with an online screen-share.

Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £499 for products purchased on our Website. All other deliveries are assessed based on size, weight and delivery location. For small Items (i.e. taps, accessories, shower heads etc) - £9.99, Medium - Larger Items (i.e. WC's, basins, baths, showers etc) - £29.99 Delivery charges will show at point of purchase. Please note that there are premium delivery charges to non-mainland UK and North Scotland.

Do you offer a delivery service?

We do deliver nationwide; however (please note) certain areas are excluded or subject to an additional surcharge.

Will the delivery driver need any help to offload my order?

Your purchase will be delivered directly to the ground floor access door or nearest access point of your delivery address. Please note that our delivery team is not able to assist with moving deliveries beyond this point. If we believe your products will require specific equipment or additional personnel to move them on to your work site, due to the weight of individual products, we will make best endeavors to advise this at the point of purchase.

Client brief

For this Richmond property, the client’s vision was a "modern-meets-minimalist" retreat that felt both trendy and calm. The absolute must-haves were a separate walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub, a combination that initially appeared difficult to fit within the room's proportions. The goal was to find a perfect equilibrium where bold "pops of colour" and high-end style lived alongside essential daily practicality.

The process

Our Senior Designer utilised 3D design technology to solve the spatial puzzle of including both a full-sized bath and a walk-in shower. By virtually testing various configurations, we were able to maximise the floor plan to ensure the room felt spacious and airy rather than cramped. This digital prototyping allowed the client to visualise how a bold geometric feature wall would interact with the room's light, ensuring the "dream bathroom" result was both beautiful and highly functional.

What we did

Geometric Feature Wall: Specified Hope Olive Hexagon tiles from our European Tiles selection to create a sophisticated, nature-inspired focal point that provides the requested "pop of colour."

Dual-Zone Bathing: Successfully integrated a sculptural freestanding bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, fulfilling the client’s desire for a versatile, spa-like experience.

Minimalist Spatial Design: Focused on clean lines and an open layout to maintain a trendy, uncluttered aesthetic despite the inclusion of multiple large-scale fixtures.

Subtle Storage Solutions: Incorporated sleek, stylistic storage features that house essentials discreetly, keeping the focus on the room's design elements and tranquil atmosphere.

Organic Colour Palette: Balanced the vibrant olive tones with soft, minimalist neutrals to create a serene environment that feels modern and uniquely tailored to the property.
